A Word from the Founder
“But a hired man who is not a shepherd, whenever he may see a wolf coming, leaves the flock and runs.” Bible in Plain English
I have never believed employees are a good fit for the carpet cleaning industry just like a hired man does not make a good Shepard.
Good carpet cleaning is a good system used by persons with good work ethic. The commissioned employee who is hired for the season and let go during the off-season is not always concerned for the customer, the future of the company and/or its reputation.
These commissioned employees are rewarded for completing as many jobs as they possibly can per day with the least amount of complaints. The average carpet cleaning employee has no certain future.
The Family Owned Business
A family owned business operator makes more money per job with a low overhead, enjoys the tax advantages of a business owner and is highly motivated to keep up their reputation.
A True Dry Independent Cleaner cannot and will not remain a True Dry Cleaner without a good reputation. Their reputation is on the web for all to see. True Dry monitors all cleaners who represent the brand.
We train all True Dry Cleaners and supply them with all the tools and time they need to do five star quality work.
Cleaning carpets since 1991 & since 2007 in North Idaho.

Note: Most carpets are dry and ready to use immediately. It’s all about the timing and control of the very little moisture used. Some carpets that are highly soiled by kids and/or animals may require an extra cleaning application.
For lack of better terms: Our worst damp carpet day is our competitions best dry carpet day. That’s a day that will never happen.
Independent contractors may choose to ’employ’ helpers when prudent, wise and/or required by law.
